Girls 5/6—In a hard fought battle between the Titans and 49ers, the Titans came up short in an 18-8 loss. But the Titans played tough defense in the second half to stay close and were led by Gianna and Rebecca Morales and Victoria Gagliadri who all grabbed flags to stop the 49ers offense. The Titans lone offensive score was a thrilling touchdown pass by Allison Kiernan to Olivia Connolly who exploded after the catch to elude the defense and run it in for the score. Kiernan followed up her TD pass with a great run for the two-point conversion.

Week 3: Grasshoppers—The 49ers were clicking on all cylinders this week. Nick and Sal Migliaccio each scored on long TD runs as did Christopher Ruotolo. On defense, Kott, Horowitz and Nick Migliaccio combined for a total of 12 flags/tackles.

Peanut 2—Dillon Mehta led the way scoring on two long runs and a TD reception for the Steelers. Izabella Cimino, Jack Wiser, Ben Purcell, and Joe Walsh also added scores. PeeWee 3—The Steelers edged the Titans in an overtime thriller. With the game tied 14 all, Nicholas Napolitano caught a short pass and out ran the defense to the end zone. The extra point failed. The Titans then responded with a last second 80-yard run by Chris Krasmer to send the game into overtime at 20-20. The Steelers Colin Cody ran an end around for a 40-yard touchdown. The Titans were driving when Nick Disanti stepped in front of a pass for a game ending interception. The Steelers defense was led by Miles McIntyre who had an interception and Ian Innes, who had three flags pulled.
