Marissa Karlsen had 3 long runs and Emma Savino scored a TD for the second consecutive week. Hunter Kinhackl, Andrew Adamo and Katie Hecker all contributed with big runs while Luke Eschman was the defensive standout with 5 flags. He also had a 60 yard run on offense to round out the afternoon.

PEANUT 2: The rain held off on Sunday so the Saints and the Giants could hook up at Woodward Parkway. Justin Sindicic, Conor Muldoon starred on both offense and defense for the Giants. Nick “The Quick” Viola had his first touchdown of the year for the Saints  and Gus Scardina called a pre-snap audible that surprised  everyone (including his coaches!), but ended with a touchdown pass.

PEE WEE 3: The Redskins played the Saints. Patrick Murphy’s accurate throw to Bryan Birki scored the Redskins first touchdown, James Hammelman scored a touchdown on a long running play. Tommy DeRespino also ran well gaining some big yards. Brendan Gigante and Peter Fernandez played a solid defense helping to keep it a close game. The Jets had their most impressive offensive game this season against a determined Patriots team. The Jets got on the board quick with an exciting Josh Behar TD run. Mike Connolly threw a perfect pass to Joe Walsh for the extra point.  Connolly also threw a perfect pass to receive Luke Stephens who ran it in for the second Jets TD. Gavin Vega played great two way football by snagging his first interception of the year to stop a Patriots drive and then throwing a TD pass to Luke Stephens on one play and another TD pass to Christian Medrano. Jason Chung scored on an electric TD run right before half time. Josh Beharthen threw a TD pass to complete the Jets scoring. Robert Trey Rowland and Matt Cangelosi had nice runs and snagged several flags on defense. The Patriots played hard and got scoring from a Chris Dipiazza TD run and Kevin Salgine caught a TD pass to keep the Patriots in the game!
