The Community Spirit Fund committee, established to provide assistance to the victims of the World Trade Center terrorist attack from Floral Park, Bellerose Village and Bellerose Terrace, met last week to discuss the organization's work. Contributions may be sent to The Community Spirit Fund, c/o John Stimpfel, 234 Cherry Lane, Floral Park, NY 11001. According to Chairman Bill Greulich, the committee wants to make sure no one is overlooked. He asks that any local family who has a loved one missing or injured to call him at 437-3000 or write to him at 113 South Tyson Avenue, Floral Park Village Hall or the Floral Park Police. Local clergy will be contacting each family. |
