Town of Hempstead Supervisor Rich Guardino was re-elected Tuesday night, enabling him to continue his work in the town, particularly the chance to continue working closely with his constituents. Floral Park unveiled the village's first historical marker Sunday on Tulip Avenue, across from the library near the home and seed house of Floral Park founder John Lewis Childs.
