This year’s 10th annual St. Joseph School Golf Outing and Honoree Dinner at Cherry Valley Country Club was double the fun. A steady rainstorm earlier this year couldn’t keep the golfers, friends and family from celebrating the many accomplishments of St. Joseph School. At the dinner, Maureen and Frank Liantonio were honored for their years of tireless dedication to St. Joseph School.
Chris Hayden, a St. Joseph School alumnus and current press secretary for U.S. Senator Kay Hagen, inspired the audience by sharing why St. Joseph School was instrumental in his success.
A fun day of healthy competition on the green a few weeks later culminated in a festive cocktail party including an awards presentation, live and silent auctions, and 50/50 raffle. Attendees from the school, community and local businesses all joined in celebrating with Kevin Meyers, who won $10,000 for sinking a 60-foot putt.
