Playing back-to-back games last Sunday, the boys third and fourth grade lacrosse team, (Bert's Bald Eagles) and the boys' fifth and sixth grade lacrosse team, (Condo's Condors), won their games in convincing fashion. The Bald Eagles fell behind early to Franklin Square 2-0, but Derrick Fagiola would win the next three face-offs and score on each. Eric Tripp and Tyler Ravener would sandwich another Fagiola goal and before we knew it, the Bald Eagles were flying high with a 6-2 lead. FULL STORY

Not only because of the personal achievement of Sophomore Pitcher Kevin McGuire as he pitched a Perfect Game, but the Covers also won 4 of 5 this week, sweeping Bellmore.
