Results of Community Forum Presented, Questioned at Board of Ed
The Glen Cove Board of Education meeting of Monday, Jan. 26 began with a moment of silence in respect for the passing of Frances D'Angelo, a longtime educator and advocate for children in the City of Glen Cove. Teacher Amy Noble was then recognized as teacher of the month and student Nikhil Shyam, a senior at Glen Cove High School, was honored for his first place award in the annual Youth on Parade competition for his essay on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

On Monday, Feb. 9, WebRadio WCWP will webcast the Glen Cove Big Red as they face off against the Southside Cyclones. The game begins at 7 p.m. and will be held at Glen Cove High School.
