The 45th season of the Glen Cove Yacht Club was launched during a commissioning ceremony last weekend. All hands were on deck including City Court Judge Joel Meirowitz, Councilman Tim Tenke, State Senator Carl Marcellino, Commodore Herve Riou, Mayor Mary Ann Holzkamp, Councilman Tony Jimenez, Legislator Diane Yatauro, Vice Commodore Jim Dahl, Councilwoman Joan Meehan, Assemblyman Charles Lavine, Fleet Captain Dave Nieri, Club Historian Rich Reynolds and members of the Glen Cove Harbor Patrol, Fire Department and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.
