ERP Grant Will Remediate Gladsky Marine Property
Glen Cove Mayor Ralph V. Suozzi and State Senator Carl L. Marcellino recently announced that, thanks to Senator Marcellino's efforts on behalf of Brownfields restoration legislation, the City of Glen Cove's Community Development Agency (CDA) will be receiving an Environmental Restoration Program (ERP) grant in the amount of $340, 200 for remediation of the former Gladsky Marine property.

Glen Cove Police Enforces Operation Rolling Thunder
In the pre-dawn hours of Tuesday, July 25 U.S. Marshals began their Nassau County-wide arrest warrant sweep, code-named Operation Rolling Thunder, which lasted five days and resulted in the arrests of 154 people and cleared 215 open arrest warrants, reported Det. Sgt. Tom Fitzpatrick of the Glen Cove Police Department
