North Shore High School Vikings Sports
North Shore's Vikings boys basketball rollercoaster of a season continued last Friday at Sewanhaka. The team came into the game feeling good after beating Manhasset 78-56 last Tuesday. The Vikings were without their coach Paul Girolamo due to personal reasons, and were guided by JV Coach Kozlowski and the team captains. They jumped out to an early lead, but fell behind right before halftime. The second half was hard fought, but North Shore still lost 69-58. Joe Bouganim and Chris Frey were the leading scorers. The Vikings are now 4 - 6 for the season.

GC Jr. Baseball Announces 2007 Registration
Glen Cove Jr. Baseball and Softball is pleased to announce player registration for the 2007 season for both boys and girls leagues. Registration will be held at Glen Cove City Hall on Saturdays, Jan. 20, and 27 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
