The Glen Cove Youth Board and the Glen Cove Lions Club would like to thank all the people who attended our Champagne and Cinema Night at the Glen Cove Cinemas on March 14. You were a great support to us.

We also want to thank members of the respective organizations who contributed their time and culinary skills to providing such wonderful refreshments and to the Glen Cove High School CAUSE Class and DECA for volunteering their time to set up and clean up that evening.

An equally sincere thanks to our local merchants and friends who also made the evening a success: La Terranova Restaurant; Marra's; La Famiglia Pizzeria and Restaurant; The Downtown Café; Gonzalo & Paul's Cactus Café; Henry's Confectionery; Bottlebuys; Page One Restaurant; LI Bagel Café; Caggiano's Landing Liquors, Stop & Shop; Wine Factory Liquor Outlet; Chocolicious Chocolatier and the members of North Country Reform Temple.

If you were one of the lucky ones attending you not only got to taste the delicious appetizers and refreshments so generously donated, but also had the opportunity to view a movie of your choice playing at the Cinema.

This fundraiser will help support the Lions Club's sight-related programs and the Glen Cove Youth Bureau's programs for the youth of our community.

A very special thank you to everyone who helped make this a successful, fun evening.
