With reference to the failed Sewanhaka bond vote, this would have cost each homeowner an additional $144. We are tired of the school districts standing on our backs time and time again for more money. And who is paying for the recently hired PR firm to push the vote...the taxpayers? To think of coming out with another bond vote is a slap in taxpayer’s face.
We voted no once and for all. Get this in your heads, if money is needed, the get rid of all the fat, like having school superintendents and assistants for each district. This is a waste of our money, considering the New York City school system only has one leader.
Read our lips...No new taxes.
