While the agents at Paul Burke Travel Agency are busy planning exotic holiday escapes for their clients, conditions are not exactly balmy or pleasant in their office after a car crash last Monday evening, Dec.18, left them with an unintended drive-in window.

Sled Hill, on the Redbrook Road side of Kings Point Park, is a great destination after a snowfall. It is open on school days from 3 to 5 p.m. and on weekends and school holidays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. when snowfall permits. Park attendants are on hand to ensure a safe good time. There are still seasonal jobs available as guards at Sled Hill. Applicants should be first aid certified. Qualified individuals can fill out an employment application at the park office at 5 Beach Road or the Parkwood administration office at 65 Arrandale Avenue.
