Great Neck tennis professional Bob Litwin won the USTA National 50 Grass Championships on Sept. 1 at Germantown Cricket Club in Philadelphia. In his third National Championship title (35's in 1991, 40's in 1992). Litwin defeated former tour professional Zan Guerry of Chatanooga, TN. by a score of 7-5, 6-1. Known as "The Focus Coach" for his mental training work with athletes, Litwin has been the host of Tennis Talk online and a member of the USTA Sport Science Committee, Eastern Division.
