Raised in Great Neck, Super began his versatile comic career at My Father's Place in Roslyn and rose through comedy clubs, TV and concert venues. His love of children led him to create "Glenn Super's Kids Comedy Clubhouse," a children's show he performed at Westbury Music Fair, in schools throughout the country and other child-oriented institutions and camps. Through humor, his songs carried important messages about safety and feelings. Regarding children, Super said, "Earning a living doing what I love for an audience I love: kids." Through humor, his songs carried serious messages about safety, feelings and self-esteem.
Super earned a Theater degree from Carnegie Mellon University and was honored with the 1996 Pennsyvania Association of Broadcasters Award for "Excellence in Children's Broadcasting." As Mr. Bullhorn, he made numerous TV appearances including interviews and performances on Regis and Kathie Lee Live, Make Me Laugh, among others, and toured with such headliners as The Beach Boys, Air Supply and George Carlin.
