Dr. Leo Botwinick, 92, of Port Washington, formerly of Great Neck, died on Oct. 29, 2011. He was an endodontist with an international practice. He is survived by his wife Libbie Botwinick; daughter Lisa Botwinick; son Howard Botwinick, MD. Son of the late Sam and Bessie. Services were held on Oct. 30 with Rabbi Barry “Dov” Schwartz officiating. Entombment Old Mount Carmel Cemetery, Glendale, Queens.
