Trinity Lutheran School 4th grader Lacey Eberhart recently raised $1,000 in aid for those affected by the tornadoes in Moore, OK. The Eberhart family suffered heavy damage to their home during Hurricane Sandy and this experience inspired Eberhart to help those in a similar need. Trinity Lutheran School students and families contributed donations through weekly chapel offerings and a Dress Down Day fundraiser. Eberhart will present the funds to St. John’s Lutheran Church in Moore, OK where they will be used to provide disaster relief to members of the community.
