The Black Box Theatre at the Manhasset Middle School was the setting for the forum hosted by the League of Women Voters that allowed the candidates for the single Board of Education seat to answer questions from residents and to introduce themselves to the community.

The high school gymnasium is the only voting site for the annual budget vote and board member election. In order to facilitate efficient traffic flow for the vote on Tuesday, May 20 the Manhasset School District will be implementing its alternative traffic pattern, similar to the one used during last year's budget and bond vote.
