Holiday Boutique and Craft Fair

The Ruth Circle of the Church of Our Saviour, Lutheran, 1901 Northern Boulevard, Manhasset, (across from Crate & Barrel) holds its 38th annual fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be handcrafted Christmas and gift items; Bake Shop; Country Store with homemade pickles, jams,  and fudge; large variety of frozen soups to go; Attic Treasures; toys, books, games; refreshments, famous lunch at the German-American Cafe will feature bratwurst and homemade chicken and potato salad and pea soup, topped off with home baked desserts. Raffle prizes. Quality vendors will complete the venue for the day. Ample parking, handicap accessible. Call church office  mornings 627-2430  for more information.

Manhasset Rotary Lunch

The Manhasset Rotary will welcome Dana Lopez, the Communication and Public Relations Manager of the Interfaith Nutrition Network as its guest speaker in conjunction with the Rotary’s Thanksgiving food drive. Our Lady Of Grace Silver Tea Luncheon

Chanukah Story Time

Join Rabbi Todd Chizner of Temple Judea of Manhasset at 10 a.m. at Zion Lion located at 390 Willis Avenue, Roslyn Heights. Rabbi Chizner will be reading a wonderful, interactive Chanukah story that is appropriate for children through age eight. The children will receive Dreidels and chocolate gelt and the store will be open to do Chanukah shopping. Temple Judea of Manhasset is located at 333 Searingtown Road, Manhasset. Manhasset Athletic Hall of Fame

The Manhasset Booster Club will hold its induction ceremony from 6 - 8 p.m. in the Manhasset High School Gymnasium.  All are welcome and encouraged to join. Ticket prices are $25 per adult and $10 per student  child.  Refreshments will be served as well as a “Taste of Manhasset” by local restaurant La Coquille.

Sixth Annual “A Run Down Hero Highway”

This patriotic and family-friendly 5k run/walk/stroll honors local hero Sgt. James J. Regan, and helps raise money for the Lead The Way Fund.
