Nassau County Aquatic Center on Merrick Ave. N is hosting CrossFit classes three times per week through Saturday, August 3. Class times are: Mondays at 6 p.m., Thursdays at 6 p.m., and Saturdays at 10 a.m., and registration allows access to all three classes each week for four weeks, totaling 12 classes!
