CrossFit Classes at Aquatic Center

Nassau County Aquatic Center on Merrick Ave. N is hosting CrossFit classes three times per week through Saturday, August 3. Class times are:  Mondays at 6 p.m., Thursdays at 6 p.m., and Saturdays at 10 a.m., and registration allows access to all three classes each week for four weeks, totaling 12 classes! St. Christopher’s 2013 Feast

Swing over to 11 Gale Ave. in Baldwin for the annual feast at St. Christopher’s. There will be rides, games, food and music, as well as raffles. The feast begins at 6 p.m. on all four nights and runs until 10 p.m. on Thursday and Sunday and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Tour Historical Complex

The Historical Society of the Massapequas, 4755 Merrick Rd., invites guests to tour three buildings of great historical significance: The Old Grace Church, the Delancy Floyd-Jones Free Library and the Elbert Floyd-Jones Servants Cottage. The Society works to preserve the rich heritage of the Massapequas and offers tours for guests to view an impressive array of historic objects. Free Prostate Cancer Screenings

Integrated Medical Foundation arranges for urologists and technicians to provide free prostate cancer screenings for men at the East Farmingdale Fire Department, 930 Conklin St., from 4 until 6 p.m. The screening involves a brief physical exam and a simple blood test. Visitors will also receive educational material related to prostate cancer, preventative care and early detection and treatment options. This free screening is for men over the age of 40 who have not been previously diagnosed with prostrate cancer. To register, call 516-822-0630.

Concert Under The Stars

At 8.m. in Brady Park at Lake Shore Drive and Front Street, music fans will be treated to a performance by the Better Late Than Never Jug Band, featuring a mix of jug band, blues and old time music. Sunset Cruise To Nowhere
