More Star Turns For Massapequa Tennis Players

The Farmingdale State women’s tennis team picked up their first conference win of the season recently, defeating Yeshiva University 8-1.

Massapequa athletes contributed heavily to the win. Sophomore Jessica Sickles of Massapequa Park blanked Shara Feltheimer at 1st singles, 6-0, 6-0 and teamed with sophomore Alex Bentz, also of Massapequa Park at 1st doubles for an 8-1 win.

Senior Laura Earlie of Moriches and freshman Denise Liguori of Massapequa Park remained undefeated at 2nd doubles with an 8-0 victory.
