Congratulations to Katie Carter Congratulations to Kaitlyn Carter and the Adelphi Panthers women's lacrosse team, which was selected as the top seed from the North region for the NCAA Division II Women's Lacrosse Championship in Houston, Texas beginning May 15. The Panthers (16-0) will take on second seeded C.W. Post.

Carter was named female freshman athlete of the year at Adelphi after scoring 46 goals. Kaitlyn, a 2007 graduate of Mineola High School, is the daughter of Richard and Barbara Carter.
