The Nassau County Police Activity League (PAL) has announced its 1st Annual Golf Outing. This event will support its drive to raise funds to secure a PAL building in Nassau County. This facility will service more than 35,000 boys and girls in the county, including PAL's special needs unit.

Nassu County PAL's relying on the support of businesses as well as private residents in Nassau to make this a successful event. The golf outing will be held at the prestigious Hempstead Country Club on Sept. 22. The cost for the day is $275 per golfer, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Sponsorship opportunities include:

• Dinner: $2,000 (All Special Sponsorships in bold letters will include a banner and ad in journal)

• Lunch: $1,500

• Breakfast: $1,500

• Welcome Banner: $2,000

• Beverage Cart: $500

• Driving Range: $250

• Hole: $100

• Journal Ads: $100
