Shifting Old Gears And Exploring New Possibilities

Life transitions are definite sources of stress.  For so many in the current economic environment, the transition from employed to unemployed, from the expectation of promotion to the reality of demotion, from a growing 401K to tapping into one’s retirement nest egg years, even decades, sooner than planned is particularly traumatic. Whether your crisis is economic, physical, mental, emotional, relational, spiritual, or any combination of these, taking action to lessen the impact of this stress upon your mind, body and soul, in order to protect your health and general, overall well-being, is crucial. Motivational speaker Constance Hallinan Lagan presents three steps, which help transform chaos into fulfillment. Topics include cognitive theory, perception formation, tools of change, and action motivation. The seminar concludes with a guided visualization meditation.  Call to register:  516-746-8488.
