Training And Bootcamp Exercise

Class sessions are already underway at Gerry Pond Park and Michael J. Tully Park on Saturday and Sunday from 9 to 10 a.m. Single classes are available at a cost of $25 for residents and $30 for non-residents. Classes can also be purchased in bulk at a discounted rate, 10 classes for residents at the cost of $200 and $240 for non-residents.

 

Personal Training classes will be offered at Michael J. Tully Park by appointment only. There will be two options available. The 50-minute session will cost $80, and be offered at a discounted rate of 10 sessions for $750. There will also be a 30-minute session available at a cost of $50 and at a discounted rate of 10 sessions for $450. Participants are asked to call within 24 hours to cancel your appointment to avoid being charged.

Irish Society Picnic

The Irish American Society 1st Annual Picnic will be held in Eisenhower Park from 1 to 6 p.m.

Carmela Avena-Woods, an assistant clinical professor at St. John’s University, will discuss what your meds do, what the side effects are, among other topics. Registration is required.
