Evan Schreiber called and said the mystery picture is "The First Presbyterian Church. The kids are from Friends Academy and they are putting Thanksgiving baskets together." He is absolutely right. It was taken of the people working in the parish hall of First Presbyterian Church as they pack the boxes for the annual Thanksgiving program of CSAC, a committee of the Interreligious and Human Needs Council of North Oyster Bay. The event is an annual one and the scene was repeated on Tuesday, last week.

Billy Minicozzi recognized it was a food drive. He and Billy McNamara called the location the community center, which is a guise in which the parish hall often operates.

Billy also wanted to say, "God Bless the families involved in the airplane crash in Belle Harbor on Monday. My sympathy goes out to the families."

On a sports note he is hot on the Duke team. They are number one in basketball, he said. He hopes they win the national basketball tournament this year again!

This has been a short week for the Oyster Bay Enterprise Pilot. Friday was what we call "a Monday." We went to press early so that we can have Thursday off.
