He was a member of American Legion Quentin Roosevelt Post and Knights of Columbus Council #1206.Father of Laura (Neil) Palmieri, Thomas M., Diane and Marie. Grandfather of Neil Joseph. Brother of the late George P., Anthony V. and Peter C. Arrangements were made by the Francis P. DeVine Funeral Home, Oyster Bay. Funeral Mass at St. Dominic's RC Chapel. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Brookville. Donations may be made to St Francis Hospital, 100 Port Washington Blvd., Roslyn, NY 11576.

Edward L. Bruen died on May 23, 2004. Husband of the late Marian S.G. Bruen. Father of Marian A.B. Marrin and Nicholas L. Bruen. Grandfather of Minet A.B. Marrin. Arrangements were made by the Oyster Bay Funeral Home. Funeral services at the Church of the Advent. Interment private. Contributions may be made to the Youth Foundation, Inc., 36 W. 44th St., New York, NY 10036.

Mary C. Santelli, 94, of Oyster Bay, died on May 24, 2004. Wife of the late James E. Mother of Dr. James E. Santelli Jr. (Patricia). Grandmother of James III, Jacqueline, Christiane and Michael. Arrangements were made by the Oyster Bay Funeral Home. Funeral Mass at St. Dominic's RC Chapel. Interment St. John's Cemetery.
