The mystery picture editor is on vacation, so there will be no answers to the puzzle photographs for the weeks of July 29 and Aug. 5. The issue of Aug. 12 will give all the winning calls credit for their knowledge of Oyster Bay.

We welcome your photographs to stump the experts. A good hint is that although it is good to let people guess, the photograph can't be too general so as not to allow the reader a fair chance at getting the answer.
