Billy Minicozzi Knows Oyster Bay

Billy Minicozzi correctly identified the mystery picture in the Aug. 12 issue as a boat in Oyster Bay Harbor. The photograph is of a group of local women who took a cruise on the oyster sloop Christeen. Thank you Linda Cazzola for the photograph!

Correction: Billy Minicozzi corrected last week's sports note saying: "Bob Murphy was a broadcaster who announced Met games. When they won he would say, 'We'll be right back with a happy recap' of the plays." (Our apologies for the sports goof.)

Jesse Exum, identified the mystery - mystery picture from the July 29 issue as "The Wesley School." She of course is right.
