The Village of Bayville was well represented with players at the annual Vytra Volleyball Tournament that took place last month. Jason Hoffman and Sergio Palumbo played on two of the teams in the tournament.

Bayville resident Jason Hoffman helped lead his team, Side Out Valley, to a first-place finish in the six-person division of the annual Vytra Health Plans Volleyball Tournament held at Jones Beach July 24 and 25.

Bayville resident Sergio Palumbo helped lead his team, Sets Appeal, to a second-place finish in the six-person division of the annual Vytra Health Plans Volleyball Tournament held at Jones Beach last month.

More than 50 teams and over 400 players competed in the tournament sponsored by Vytra and the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historical Preservation.
