Theodore J. Mavros, 77, of Bayville, died on Sept. 20. 2004. Husband of Patricia. Father of Maria Marshall (Joseph), Helen Piscitello (John), Dr. Sharon Maxfield (Charles), Catherine Linnemeyer (John), Theodora Dellicicchi (Andrew), Theodore Jr. (Margaret) and Patrick. Grandfather of 14. Brother of Jerry and the late Nick. Also survived by many other relatives and friends. Arrangements were made by the Oyster Bay Funeral Home. Interment Memorial Cemetery of St. John's Church. Donations may be made to the Ida Barnao Pre-School Scholarship Fund, c/o St. Gertrude's Rosary Guild, 28 School St., Bayville, NY 11709.

Charles H. Valentine of Bayville died on September 26, 2004. He was 80. He was the husband of the late Eileen D. Father of Charles W., Arthur P. (Christine), Eileen D. (WilliamValentine and the father of William, Deborah A. and Helen J. He was the brother of Robert (Bette), brother-in-law of Catherine Almon. Grandfather of Brandy-Jo, Tracey, Charles B., Sara and Edward.He was the grandfather of Carley-Jo, Bennett and Clark. He was a special "pop" to Lorrie Siegel.

A Mass was celebrated at St. Gertrude RCC in Bayville under the direction of Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home. The burial was at the Bayville Cemetery.
