Joseph W. Lee, 95, of Syosset, died on Nov. 22, 2004. Husband of the late Kathryn. Father of Dick (Peg), Betsy Murphy (James) and the late Paul, Steve and Fred. Grandfather of Paul, Kathryn, Suzanne, Tricia, Danny, Rachel and the late Timothy. Great-grandfather of Lauryn and Natalie Rose. Arrangements were made by the Oyster Bay Funeral Home. Muriel J. Brauner of Las Vegas, Nevada died on November 8, 2004. She was formerly of Oyster Bay. She was the grandmother (Nanny), great-grandmother, bridge partner and dear friend to many. She was pre-deceased by her loving husband Herbert. She was the beloved mother of Judy Hykra and Steven Brauner both of Las Vegas and the late Paul and Peter Brauner.

Her unconditional love of family and friends, and her generosity and emotional strength was known by all who had the privilege of being part of her life. A celebration of her life will be held in a memorial service in Las Vegas, Nevada. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Heart Association. Local arrangements were entrusted to the Francis P. DeVine Funeral Home, Inc.

Gemma Formicola of Bayville died on November 9, 2004. She was the beloved wife of the late Pasquale. She was the loving mother of Antonietta Felidi, Maria Rosaria and Carlo. She was the cherished grandmother of Max, Pasquale, Michael and great-grandmother of Matthew, Jordan and Gemma. She was the beloved aunt of Mary Koji.

Gemma came here in 1968 from Italy. She will always be remembered by her family and friends as "The best cook in the world." Visiting was at the Francis P. DeVine Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday. The Funeral Mass was held on Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Gertrude's R.C. Church in Bayville. The interment was at Holy Rood Cemetery.

Agnes Warren of East Norwich died on November 13, 2004 at the age of 100. She was the beloved mother of Mel (Irene) Warren. She was the cherished grandmother of Kenneth (Patty), and Ronald Warren. She is the great-grandmother of Brian, Randy (Jean) and Gregory. Visiting was held at the Francis P. DeVine Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday. The funeral service was held at the funeral home on Tuesday with the interment following at St. John's Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Poplar Hill Nursing Home at Glengariff in Glen Cove.
