Wynona “Wynn” Powers of Oyster Bay died peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on April 25, 2012. She was 88.
Wynn was a dedicated member of the Oyster Bay community, serving on the board of directors of the Doubleday-Babcock Senior Center (now the Life Enrichment Center), The Youth and Family Counseling Agency of Oyster Bay-East Norwich, The Community Foundation of Oyster Bay and the vestry of Christ Church.
Mari Ferris, of Oyster Bay, died on May 4, 2012. Beloved daughter of William F. and the late Rita. Loving sister of William (Bonnie), Gerard and Richard (Diane).
