Kathryn S. Forman, of Sands Point, died peacefully at her home on Aug. 18, 2003. She was 95. Mrs. Forman was married for 58 years to the late Leo E. Forman. She is survived by a brother, Alexander A Forman; a son James; a granddaughter; and three great-grandchildren.
