The winners from The Elks "Hoop Shoot" held in Port Washington in January went on to compete in the district level at New Hyde Park Memorial High School. Port sent their six winners, one boy and one girl from each of the three age divisions. At the district level, Port took three first-place finishes out of the six age categories. These youngsters will now go on to compete at the Regional which will be held in Poughkeepsie.
