Every now and then, opposition parties spring up when local board of trustee elections roll around. This year won't be one of those occasions. The 2000 census is complete and at least as far as politics is concerned, the next step is the proposed redrawing of voting districts for local, state, and federal offices. It's not the biggest sports story to come out of the North Shore in recent days, but the Roslyn High School Bulldogs are enjoying their best year since 1997.
