Dr. Frank A. Tassone, the former superintendent of the Roslyn School District, pleaded not guilty to charges of first degree, grand larceny. Dr. Tassone entered his plea on Tuesday, July 6 at his arraignment at First District Court in Hempstead. He was later released on a $50,000 bond.
