We would like to thank everybody who voted in last Tuesday's election. We were heartened by the overwhelming support that our team received. We pledge to continue our stewardship of the village, minding your tax dollars, overseeing responsible, controlled development and continuing the restoration of our historic treasures.

In the next two years, we hope to begin the construction of a public walkway along the harbor, introduce traffic calming practices in the commercial district, create off-street parking for merchants and shoppers, and in general make Roslyn a more pedestrian friendly village.

We will be reviewing our Master Plan and Zoning Code and we will continue to update our aging infrastructure. We encourage all of Roslyn's residents to participate in our government by attending our monthly meetings and engaging in honest, productive dialogue.

Thank you once again for your support.
