Sterling Glen Senior Living invites local seniors and their family members to preview the future Sterling Glen of Roslyn at an informational seminar on Saturday, March 18, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

In recent weeks, two figures in the Roslyn Schools embezzlement scandal have either pled guilty to certain charges or received actual jail terms.

The Roslyn Little League needs student umpires for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and weekends. The season begins in late March and lasts until mid-June.

Roslyn High School Athletics and Roslyn High School Counseling Center are presenting a program entitled, "College Athletic Recruiting Seminar: What Student-Athletes and Parents Need to Know," on Monday, March 13, at 7 p.m. in the Roslyn High School Cafeteria. The featured speaker will be Wayne Mazzoni, NCAA college coach, and author of The Athletic Recruiting and Scholarship Guide.
