Cedarmere, the historic Roslyn home of 19th century poet and editor William Cullen Bryant, will commemorate Lincoln's Birthday with a presentation describing Bryant's role as an abolitionist and during the Civil War, as well as his relationship with President Lincoln. The event will take place on Sunday, Feb. 12 from 1 to 4 p.m. Cedarmere's curator, Harrison Hunt, will be the speaker and the event will be held in the museum's Great Room. FULL STORY
