JCC Barracudas Start a New Season
The Sid Jacobson JCC swim team, the Barracudas, started their new season with a home meet against the Thunderbirds of Manhattan. These two rivals had a fierce competitive meet starting with the women 10 and under 200 medley relay where the Barracudas with their final two swimmers Megan Smith and Marisa Struhl won by a hair.

Athletic Teams Receive Scholar/Athlete Recognition
The Wheatley School's Girls Varsity Volleyball, Soccer, Tennis, Field Hockey and Cross Country teams and Boys Varsity Soccer and Cross Country teams have been recognized by the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) for academic excellence in its Scholar/Athlete Recognition Award Program.
