An opportunity for parents to come and enjoy the game of golf with their children will be held at Spring Rock Golf Center, 377 Denton Avenue, New Hyde Park. The facility is heated.

Golf lessons are free; participants pay for the golf balls from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturdays only.

The event will be held on Jan. 24. Price is: $7 for 75 golf balls, $10 for 140 golf balls or $20 for 240 golf balls.
