The presidents of The Norgate at East Hills and The Red Ground Civic Associations are both urging homeowners of these communities to attend a Board of Appeals meeting, one to be held Tuesday, March 17 at 8 p.m. at the East Hills Village Hall.

The public hearing will consider the request of two cell companies applying for variances that would enable them to install cell antennas and equipment on the roof of a building located on 70 Glen Cove Rd.

The East Hills Village Hall is located at 209 Harbor Hill Rd.
