Tina Demel Jewelers & Accessories at 1378 Old Northern Blvd. in Roslyn will be hosting a benefit for Sunrise Day Camp on Thursday, April 23 from noon to 8 p.m.

Sunrise is the first day camp in the nation dedicated specifically for children suffering from cancer.

The camp is situated on the Henry Kaufman Campgrounds and is offered free of charge to all children being treated for cancer and related disorders on a non-sectarian basis. Their website is www.sunrisedaycamp.org.
