Hadassah Chaverot Membership Dinner

Hadassah's local group, Chaverot, had its membership dinner recently at the North Shore Synagogue in Syosset.

The evening began with great shopping opportunities provided by local vendors. Then the guest speaker, Mike Shulman, a former national vice president of Hadassah, praised the Jewish women's organization for its efforts.

Following the speeches, the crowd proceeded into the ballroom for a delicious dinner served up by Signature Caterers. During the meal, diners were entertained by an outrageous fashion show. Kenny and Karen Reichter, from Meeka of Woodbury, put on a spectacular display of beautifully styled sportswear and evening gowns. To complement the apparel, Bobbie Clark of The Mad Hatter added show-stopping headwear.

In conjunction with the organization Island Harvest, Hadassah arranged for a charitable food delivery on the next day.
