History was made last Saturday, April 18 at Syosset-Woodbury Community Park as the St. Edward Monarchs defeated Our Lady of Mercy by a score of 19 to 5 in their inaugural game in the 8th grade division of the CYO of Nassau-Suffolk travel baseball league. St. Edward CYO President Bob Neuendorf was on hand to throw out the first ball and the Monarchs took charge. FULL STORY
