I am writing to indicate my support for the re-election of Pat Maschio, Marc Herman and Leonard Kirsh to the Syosset Board of Education. All three have served with great dedication, effectiveness, and with boundless energy, in contributing to the positive and productive development of our community and school district.

They continue to provide a direction and support for our schools which have been ranked among the highest in the country. Their careful planning has provided for an educational program of excellence while giving full consideration to the taxpayers.

I am sure you share my pride in our community and in our school system. The Board of Education has worked with great diligence in contributing to the continuing progress of our community which we all enjoy as residents. The responsibility is now ours to once again contribute our support to their effort by re-electing Pat Maschio, Marc Herman and Leonard Kirsh - three distinguished board members who have contributed outstanding service to our community over the past years.

I urge our residents - parents, retired persons, everyone - to support these candidates. In so doing, you will not only extend your support to them but also to those for whom we all share a responsibility - our children.
