Thomas Pellegrino, of Syosset and Cape Coral, FL, died on March 21, 1999. He was a sergeant with the US Marine Corps during WWII. A former captain of the Syosset Fire Dept. Hook & Ladder Co., he was retired from Engineers Union Local 138. Husband of Mildred. Father of Mildred, Lynn and Joanne. Grandfather of eight. Great-grandfather of three. Arrangements were made by the Beney Funeral Home, Syosset. Interment Calverton National Cemetery. Hugh S. MacGregor, 46, formerly of Syosset, died on March 23, 1999. He was a member of I.B.E.W. Local #1049. He worked at Keyspan in Northport for 22 years. Husband of Ellen. Father of Kristen, Kaitlyn and Michael. Brother of Keith, Bruce and Janet. Son of the late Robert and Helen MacGregor. Cousin of Marianne and Bonnie McKay. Also survived by aunts and uncles. Arrangements were made by the James Funeral Home, St. James. Funeral services. Donations can be made, in Hugh MacGregor's memory, to Stony Brook University Hospital Burn Unit or a charity or organization of your choice.
