Determined by tabulating points earned after six events in the Girls 12 singles division, Kobak came in first with a final win/loss record of 28-0. Tournament competitors in the circuit came from New York, New Jersey and Greenwich Connecticut.

Kobak is the first girl from Long Island to win the prestigious championship award. Tennis is fun and I love to compete," she said.
